Michael Ruganis Obituary

Michael Stanley Ruganis, 46 of Rich Creek, VA, passed away suddenly after a motor vehicle accident. Michael was born September 5, 1976, in Manchester, CT, and was the son of Stan A. Ruganis and Debbie Ruganis of Rich Creek.

Michael was the owner of 2 very successful businesses, a carpet cleaning business and a construction company. He was one of Jehovah’s Witnesses. He loved spending time with his family, cooking and being outdoors, hiking, motorcycle riding and making people laugh.

Besides his parents, he is survived by his son, Jake Ruganis of Johnson City, TN, 2 sisters, Jenifer Ruganis of Boones Mill, Leah Ward of Rich Creek and 1 niece, 1 nephew, and many uncles, aunts, cousins and friends across the U.S.

A memorial service will be held at a later date.
