Jeremy Michael Saunders, 39 of Chattanooga, Tennessee, formerly of Newport, entered into eternal rest suddenly and unexpectedly on Saturday, November 17th, 2018 in a Chattanooga hospital following a seizure, surrounded by a team of doctors, nurses and his mother.
He was a robotics engineer, working on many industrial projects. Jeremy enjoyed drawing, golf, and spending time with family and friends. He was a faithful member of Grace Baptist Church in Chattanooga.
Left to cherish his memory are his mother, Rebecca Lolli; a stepfather, Ray Lolli; and a father, Michael Saunders and wife Nancy; and his canine companion, Jinx, who will also be joining him in Heaven; and many wonderful family members and friends. It took a village of caring people to raise Jeremy.
A celebration of Jeremy’s life will be held Sunday, December 2nd, 2018 at 6 PM in the Chapel of Riffe-Givens Funeral Service in Narrows. The family will receive friends Sunday from 5 PM until just prior to the service. The family requests that those sending memorial contributions, please consider Giles County Animal Rescue; P.O. Box 354; Pearisburg, VA 24134.
The family is being served by Riffe-Givens Funeral Service in Narrows, (540) 726-2442, and online at riffefuneralservice.com.
