Edward Allen Meadows, 56 of Winston-Salem, North Carolina, passed away Tuesday, September 23rd, 2014.
He was born in Pearisburg on February 6th, 1958 and was the son of the late Edward Roosevelt and Ruth Elizabeth Frances Meadows.
Left to cherish his memory are his wife, Roseann; his children, Amanda Meadows and Edward Meadows; grandchildren, Caleb, Dylan, Skylar, and Michael; a sister, Diana Whitt; a brother, Jeff Meadows, and a special friend, Beck Songer, all of Glen Lyn.
A simple man, he liked Ford trucks and mustangs, Sunday races, and going to Cooks flea market to visit with friends. He ran a hard race, came in first, and is doing his victory lap with his friends and family in Heaven.
Funeral services will be held Sunday, September 28th, 2014 at 2 PM in the Chapel of Riffe's Funeral Service in Narrows. Burial will follow in Sunrise Memorial Gardens in Rich Creek.
