Christopher Lee Greenlief, 31 of Narrows passed away Sunday, December 29th, 2013.

He was born in Princeton, West Virginia on July 31st, 1982, and was the son of Sherry Lynn Dunn McCrady and the late Curtis Lee Greenlief. In addition to his father, he was preceded in death by his stepfather, Thomas Lee McCrady; maternal grandparents, James and Lorene Dunn; paternal grandmother, Ruby Bradley Greenlief; his uncles, Jimmy (Buzzy) Suttle and Richard (Ricky) Dunn; and a best friend, Jarrett Lee Lane.

A 2000 graduate of Narrows High School, Christopher was a graduate student at Radford University, studying school psychology. He was an avid Florida Gators fan, enjoyed outdoor grilling, bowling, and spending time with his friends. Christopher loved everybody and never met a stranger.

Left to cherish his memory are his mother, Sherry Dunn McCrady of Narrows; a sister, Brittany Greenlief of Narrows; five aunts, Sue Martin of Narrows, Linda Thornhill and husband Gary of Pearisburg, Teresa Grimmett and husband Jack of Pearisburg, Lisa Dunn of Narrows, Ann Suttle of Pembroke; two uncles, Roger Dunn and wife Pam of Narrows, and Steve Dunn and wife Jean of Peterstown; a special family friend, Curtis Brinkley of Peterstown; many cousins and friends.

Funeral services will be held Friday, January 3rd, 2014 at 11 AM in the Chapel of Riffe's Funeral Service in Narrows. Burial will follow in Peterstown Cemetery. The family will receive friends at Riffe's Funeral Service Thursday from 6 to 8 PM.
