Arlie Robert Davis, 82 of Fairlawn, VA went to be with the Lord on Friday, February 8, 2019 at Carillion New River Valley Medical Center in Christiansburg, VA.  Mr. Davis was born on September 10, 1936 in Peterstown, WV and was a son of the late Clyde Swanson Davis and Pauline Thomas Davis.  Mr. Davis was a veteran of the United States Marine Corp. and a retired employee of BAE Systems in Radford.  He is survived by his wife, Brenda Kay Stone Davis of Fairlawn. Funeral services will be conducted Friday, February 15, 2019 at 2pm at the Southwest Virginia Veterans Cemetery in Dublin.  The family is being served by Riffe - Givens Funeral Service in Narrows, (540) 726-2442, and online at riffefuneralservice.com.
